STEICOwall

Forming an intrinsic part of the STEICO Building System, the STEICO engineered joists consist of the STEICOjoist and STEICOwall.

The STEICOwall is an engineered timber I Stud manufactured from 6mm structural fibreboard webs and machine stress graded whitewood flange material. It is manufactured on the largest I Joist production line in Europe with a line speed of 120 metres per minute. To guarantee a consistently high quality product, both internal and external parties control the production process. The I joists hold European Technical Certification issued by BBA [ETA-06/0238] and carry the CE mark.

The STEICOwall may be used as a stud in external and internal wall applications. The STEICOwall is supplied untreated and is designed for use in service class 1 and 2 applications. The STEICOwall is unique in that it is available pre-insulated guaranteeing the advantages of reduced thermal bridging provided by the I section profile. With the benefit of engineering design software and our in house engineering team, we can assist you with your projects whether large or small.
